Israel was represented by Teapacks in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 with the song "Push the Button".

Before Eurovision

Artist selection

IBA announced that Teapacks were selected by an IBA committee consisting of music experts as the Israeli representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. The members of the committee were Kobi Oshrat, Yardena Arazi, Daniel Salomon, Haim Ulliel and Mika Karni.[1]

National final

The final took place on 27 February 2007 in Kibbutz Dorot, hosted by Natali Atiya and Noa Barak. All songs were performed by Teapacks and the winning song was determined by a combination of the votes from four voting groups: an IBA jury, Internet voting, televoting and SMS voting - all of whom had "Push the Button" as their favourite.
