The 23rd International Emmy Awards took place in 20 November 1995 at the Hilton Hotel in New York City, United States, and hosted by English actor Peter Ustinov.[2]

Nominations for the 1995 International Emmy Awards were announced in 1 November 1995, by International Council of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The awards, which honor programs from broadcasters and independent producers around the world, was bestowed 20 November in New York.[3]
