The Mohana (Urdu: موہانہ), sometimes referred to as Mohano, are a Sindhi tribe found in the provinces of Sindh and Punjab in Pakistan. Most Mohana families live in South Punjab, in the cities of Khanewal, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur and Rahim Yar Khan. They often refer to themselves as Mir Bahar (meaning 'Lord of the sea'). They are mostly Sunni Muslims and speak the Sindhi language.[1]
