Frans Teulings ('s-Hertogenbosch, 15 November 1891 – Vught, 23 juni 1966) was a Dutch politician for the Catholic People's Party. He was Minister of the Interior in the Drees-Van Schaik cabinet from September 20, 1949 to March 15, 1951, and Deputy Prime Minister of the Netherlands in the First Drees cabinet (sometimes referred to as "Drees II") from March 15, 1951 to September 2, 1952, as well as Minister of the Interior ad interim from November 21 to December 6, 1951.

His grandson is Coen Teulings, Dutch economist, professor and former Director of the Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis.
