Germantown Township is one of fifteen townships in Clinton County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,070 and it contained 821 housing units.[2]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 38.65 square miles (100.1 km2), of which 38.31 square miles (99.2 km2) (or 99.12%) is land and 0.34 square miles (0.88 km2) (or 0.88%) is water.[2]
