Irving Reef (Filipino: Balagtas, Chinese: 火艾礁; pinyin: Huǒài jiāo, Template:Lang-vi) is a coral reef in the Spratly Islands, South China Sea. It is occupied by the Philippines as part of the Kalayaan Islands,[1][2] and is also claimed by the People's Republic of China, the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Vietnam.

The reef is 11 nautical miles (20 km; 13 mi) southwest of West York Island (known as Likas Island in the Philippines). It is 2 nautical miles (3.7 km; 2.3 mi) in length.[3] There is a sand cay near the northern extremity.[4]

The Filipino name Balagtas is named after the Filipino poet Francisco Balagtas.
