KTOU-LD, VHF digital channel 21, is a low-power digital HSN-affiliated television station based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The station is owned by Mako Communications.

In June 2013, KTOU-LD was sold to Landover 5 LLC as part of a larger deal involving 51 other low-power television stations.[1]

On November 6, 2014, it was announced that KTOU would affiliate with the Retro Television Network on December 1, 2014.
