The following is a list of prominent Upper Canada College alumni; many notable men are graduates of the school. UCC's alumni are usually known simply as Old Boys (as is common with most all-male private schools). They include:

  • Dalglish, Peter (1976) – founder of Street Kids International; recipient of the Outstanding Young Persons of the World award
  • Douglas, Ian CM CD QC – founding president of the Canadian Epilepsy Association; chairman of the National Board of Governors of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires
  • Druckman, Miles (1982) – founder of SOS International; named a "Global Leader of Tomorrow" by the World Economic Forum
