Rock Creek-Lima Township is one of twelve townships in Carroll County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 1,976 and it contained 933 housing units.[2]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 54.06 square miles (140.0 km2), of which 54.05 square miles (140.0 km2) (or 99.98%) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.026 km2) (or 0.02%) is water.[2]
