Sianów [ˈɕanuf] (Template:Lang-de) is a town in Poland, in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Koszalin County. It has 6,606 inhabitants (2009).
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
