I have changed the portion wich said "Spain don't discovered most of any islands of the Pacific". What did he really discover?

We need a better account of Urdaneta's route. The question is currently split between this article, Manila Galleon and Volta do Mar. The trick of going north to catch the Westerlies is trivial, but there must be some problem in the Pacific. It might be connected to the time of the year or the monsoon, but I cannot find a good source. Benjamin Trovato (talk) 03:36, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
