Article mostly meets requirements; the hook is interesting, mentioned in the article, and cited inline and verified. Only issue is that a QPQ is needed. @Cbl62: As no QPQ was provided within seven days of the nomination, per DYK guidelines I am giving another seven days for a QPQ to be done from the date of this review.
