Does she have a BA?[edit]

According to Haaretz on 1/3/07[1]

The comments come after revelations that Tartman, the Tourism-Minister designate, does not hold a bachelor's degree from Bar-Ilan University or a master's degree from a Jerusalem institute, despite claims on her curriculum vitae.

The evidence of her having a degree is from the Jerusalem post article which says

To set the record straight, Tartman said her first degree was from a continuing education school run by Touro College, and connected to Bar-Ilan University. She said she had almost completed a second degree at Touro, but never did because of the accident.

There is a photo of her holding up a certificate.

But Wednesday, the two Israeli universities where she said she studied - Hebrew University and Bar-Ilan University - said she was never enrolled. The photo in this article (you need to click on the top one to get the full picture) is a close up of the degree, which clearly states she has a Bachelor of Science from the Touro College International School of Management in Business Management and marketing.
