This article is simply wrong in stating that governance was on the basis of 4GC, and I notice that there is no citation for this being Israeli policy. Actually (not sure about Sinai) the Israeli position was deliberately ambiguous until 1971, when the Attorney General announced that 4GC did not apply. Zerotalk07:45, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Another error is the claim that the British abolished the Defense Emergency Regulations, though this time it is cited. My understanding is that the order was signed but wasn't gazetted. Zerotalk07:45, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
In Italy at least, any official policy decision is not valid until it is gazetted. Only with the latter publication does it assume the force of law.Nishidani (talk) 08:12, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
