The result of the move request was: move Jesus Piece (jewelry) to Jesus piece (jewelry) and Jesus Piece to Jesus Piece (album), per the discussion below. Dekimasuよ! 21:31, 8 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Jesus Piece (jewelry) is more notable than Jesus Piece the album, where the Game album is actually named after the jewelry that is popular in hip hop culture. --Relisted. Dekimasuよ! 19:44, 2 November 2014 (UTC) ZiaLater (talk) 23:19, 11 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose - The album is more popular than the jewelry, unfortunately. Perhaps move to jesus piece (jewelry)? --George Ho (talk) 18:42, 17 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support both. The original move rationale was poorly argued, but the jewelry piece is the primary topic in terms of long-term significance. George Ho's statistics look impressive but they won't last, note that the article on the jewelry piece is relatively new and its hit rate is rising. Andrewa (talk) 12:50, 19 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Rising? The album hit 35,000+ in the last 90 days. The jewelry hit 500+ in the last 90 days. You can re-propose when the stats definitely change. --George Ho (talk) 17:47, 19 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure someone will if this RM fails and I don't, but it seems silly to wait to me. The case for the moves does not depend on stats, and is a classic case where blindly following them will lead to a nonsensical result. Andrewa (talk) 10:34, 20 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
We will not force readers to be directed to some jewelry, whose notability is not prevalent. The album and some jewelry are sold also outside US, but album may be more notable than some jewelry. News articles discuss the album more than the jewelry. --George Ho (talk) 22:58, 20 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
We will not force readers to be directed to some jewelry, whose notability is not prevalent. Empty rhetoric IMO. News articles discuss the album more than the jewelry. Exactly. That's probably why your stats don't accurately represent the long term significance. Newspaper articles don't tend to reflect this, and the web tends to follow the same trend. Andrewa (talk) 14:50, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose the above proposition but support the decapitalisation of the jewellery (move to "Jesus piece (jewelry)"). Katy Gallaghon (talk) 19:31, 25 October 2014 (UTC).[reply]
User:Katy Gallaghon, hi, are you sure about this? I looked in Google Books and found references for "Jesus piece" (no captial P) back to Toure Never Drank the Cool Aid : Essays p.247 2007, Boone The Beautiful Struggle 2008, ... plus the Christian references to a "Jesus piece" in the faith jigsaw (something in the See Also section for a Jesus Piece (disambiguation) page later probably, but not really notable for a hatnote, and at the moment difficult to identify which article to link to).
