It looks like he only had two seasons with the Sligo Rovers. He had four seasons of college soccer in the U.S. and another two in the American pros, and has been a coach there ever since.--Cúchullain t/c 18:06, 25 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Cuchullain: It does not matter where he has played the majority of his career, it only matters what his nationality is. Per NCSP, "If the person is neither American, Canadian nor Australian, use (footballer)" ; he is Irish, so it should be footballer. Joeykai (talk) 09:02, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Are you sure he's not American? He could easily have gotten his citizenship. And again, the term "soccer" is widely used in Ireland. There's no risk of confusion.--Cúchullain t/c 14:23, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
