It seems that the that initial charges were destruction of government property, and a second charge which was dropped, sabotage in injuring defense materials. Both carried a 10-year sentence. Adamw (talk) 21:13, 9 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, yes my understanding is that Komisaruk is alive and may be retired or semi-retired.
