Date
[edit]What does the asterisk mean by her date? --Golbez (talk) 16:31, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
Controversy Section
[edit]Is it just me or does this section not make much sense. The bullet point about same-sex marriage seems to say that she both opposes gay marriage and wrote a bill authorizing it. --Smart Ways (talk) 18:57, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
Mortgage Situation
[edit]Has there been any substanciation of the reports that Laura Richardson's house was recently foreclosed on? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.194.122.14 (talk) 05:50, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, there has been extensive press coverage of this issue. See footnotes in article. 71.175.28.121 (talk) 14:59, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
Car lease
[edit]She also (at tax payers' expsense) leases by far the most expensive car in the House of Representitives http://www.presstelegram.com/news/ci_9740035 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wk633 (talk • contribs) 18:12, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
Infobox
[edit]I don't know how to do it, but her Infobox should reflect her service in the California State Assembly (December 2006 until her election to Congress) - 55th district, preceded by Jenny Oropeza, succeeded by Warren Furutani.

Real estate controversies
[edit]Since June 20, 2008, there has been a tag over this section claiming that the section is unbalanced. The user who placed it ToddLara did not explain why it was unbalanced, just simply placed the Tag. Since then there has been no comment whatsoever on why or how the section is biased by any other user. There has also been significant changes to the section since it was tagged. From all appearances, the section appears to be well sourced. So why does this tag need to remain? I am removing it, but feel free to replace it if you can kindly explain to me why it should remain. Thank you. --Ian Struan (talk) 23:02, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
