Source of death? Possible name confusion?

This paralympic athlete appears to share a same name with Liu Zhiming, a former director of the Wuchang hospital in Wuhan, who died in February 2020 from COVID-19.

I, however, could not locate any sources of this paralympic athlete's passing who has the same name. Was there possible confusion when an editor added a date of death for this athlete?
