Capitalisation[edit]

The upper case 'K' must be wrong. Mckean does not use it for her twitter account. Philip Cross (talk) 09:45, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sources spell it with a capital K, and there is a strong possibility that this article was started by the subject herself. It should stay. Ghmyrtle (talk) 11:18, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You are quite right about sources using the upper case 'K', but if User:Ellizzia is the subject - which does look quite possible from the contributions - the article began with the lower case. Philip Cross (talk) 11:42, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The title did, but the text didn't - suggesting that the title was an error. Texters and twitterers are not necessarily sticklers for capitalisation, but we should be. Ghmyrtle (talk) 11:46, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The title began with a lower-case m as well; people seem to be particularly careless about capitalization in titles, I know not why. --Nat Gertler (talk) 17:24, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not Liz Mackean or even Liz MacKean. After the Savile row I looked at the list of BBC Newsreaders and Reporters and was surprised to see she wasn't there. I put her on that list from 84.233.227.247 as Mackean because originally I didn't know she had a random capital K in the middle of her name.Ellizzia (talk) 17:56, 3 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Section on Jimmy Savile and Newsnight[edit]

The section on Jimmy Savile Newsnight says that Newsnight presented an investigation into Savile's alleged paedophile activities immediately after Savile's death in October 2011. This does not make sense as Savile died in 2003. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vorbee (talkcontribs) 18:31, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Are you sure?Wyliepedia 22:12, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I checked on the web and I shall admit that I could have been wrong - perhaps my memory is going. Vorbee (talk) 17:42, 19 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
