Image requiring fair use rationale
[edit]The image File:Mamie Smith-Complete Works Vol 1.png which I originally uploaded, used on this page, will be deleted if a fair use rationale is not added to justify its use in this article. I'm not interested in writing one right now so please add one if you want to keep it. Dcoetzee 22:00, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
- Don't think we can really justify using a non-free image of an album cover in this context. We have a free image of the subject, and the album cover is not discussed at all in the article.--BelovedFreak 22:17, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Conflicting date of death
[edit]Two sources show death date in August, on in September. We may need some better qualified sourcing to show actual date.--☾Loriendrew☽ ☏(ring-ring) 22:43, 16 September 2024 (UTC)
