Name issue: where does "Hirata Munisai" come from? What about "Miyamoto Muninosuke"?[edit]

I haven't found any references to any "Hirata Munisai", but I did find a reference to Myiamoto Musashi's father being called Miyamoto Muninosuke. Please refer to google books and you will find references on titles like "Miyamoto Musashi: His Life and Writings" by Kenji Tokitsu and "Classical Weaponry of Japan: Special Weapons and Tactics of the Martial Arts" by Serge Mol.

It makes sense to me because Myiamoto is a family name and it seems natural that Musashi's father shares the family name.

I am hence altering "Hirata Munisai" to "Miyamoto Muninosuke". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gianmariot2 (talkcontribs) 21:22, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Where does "Hirata Shōgen" come from? What about "Miyamoto Musashi no kami Yoshimoto"?[edit]

This is the same problem I found with Munisai's name previously. I can't find references. But I did find in the book "Samurai Fighting Arts: The Spirit and the Practice" by Fumon Tanaka and "Classical Weaponry of Japan: Special Weapons and Tactics of the Martial Arts" by Serge Mol the name "Miyamoto Musashi no kami Yoshimoto". I am changing the name in the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gianmariot2 (talkcontribs) 21:28, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
