Victor CrespoVítor Pereira Crespo – I don't know why the anglicized name "Victor" is used here. It seems that in Portuguese, the name "Vítor Pereira Crespo" is more commonly used. There is another Portuguese government official whose name is Vítor Manuel Trigueiros Crespo.
