[edit]Does the XYZZY word come from Colossal Cave Adventure? --Abdull 15:18, 28 July 2005 (UTC)
- Little late to be replying, but yep! --Alinnisawest(talk) 00:51, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
why multiple pages?
[edit]why arent all the xyzzy award pages merged here?
I believe this was in response to a request for deletion, in which this was the called-for improvement. I don't mind it as it is. Skandha101 18:41, 16 March 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Skandha101 (talk • contribs)
notability
[edit]I believe the subject meets notability requirements. I see internet references going back to 1996. Skandha101 18:48, 16 March 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Skandha101 (talk • contribs)
XYZZY News
[edit]Just clarifying - are the XYZZY Awards and the website 'xyzzynews.com' run by the same people/organisation? Or are these two websites run by completely different people? Freikorp (talk) 13:18, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
- Yes. The XYZZY Awards are run by XYZZYNews, but the prizes are awarded according to a popular vote. -Thibbs (talk) 13:27, 2 June 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks. Freikorp (talk) 02:22, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
