Thiyagadurgam is a panchayat town in Viluppuram district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Demographics

As of 2001 India census,[1] Thiyagadurgam had a population of 13,945. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Thiyagadurgam has an average literacy rate of 64%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 73%, and female literacy is 55%. In Thiyagadurgam, 12% of the population is under 6 years of age.
