Hi Irishtimes. This is just to let you know that I have identified two images you have uploaded, Image:Markatbbc.jpg and Image:Markatbbc2.jpg as suspected image copyright violations. They are both available in smaller forms on the BBC News Website but this does not make them public domain. As you will see here on the BBC copyright notice, it is not acceptable to use any content from the site for anything other than personal use without the prior written consent of the BBC. I have replaced both images on the Mark Thompson article with one captured from video available at the BBC News website since this falls under the criteria of a television screenshot and is accpetbale via fair use rationales.
