January 2012[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Gor Mahia F.C. has been reverted.
Your edit here to Gor Mahia F.C. was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://twitter.com/#!/Gor_MahiaFC) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:36, 14 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Gor Mahia F.C.[edit]

I am very sorry, but you can not just copy and paste information from another website. That is a copyright violation. So I have reverted your recent edits again. Please stop adding the copy/past-work. It is okay when you base your own text on the clubwebsite, but you can not copy it. Night of the Big Wind talk 23:13, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not even when it is "your club", you can not use "their copyright protected information". Under no circumstances you can put copyright protected information in an article!!! Stop it, or face the consequences. Night of the Big Wind talk 08:12, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove file deletion tags from file description pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Gor Mahia F.C., without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Night of the Big Wind talk 09:36, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. Continuing to remove file deletion tags from file description pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Gor Mahia F.C., without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered vandalism. Further edits of this type may result in your being blocked from editing Wikipedia. Stop removing deletion templates and adding text that is copyright protected! Speedy deletion nomination of Gor Mahia Fans Foundation[edit]

Hello Jahazi Otti,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Gor Mahia Fans Foundation for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Jayakumar RG (talk) 14:46, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on SimbaNET, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. November 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Jetstreamer. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Kenya Airways, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Swahili[edit]

Posting false information, as you have repeatedly done at Swahili, may result in your account being WP:BLOCKED. Your references need to support the claims you make, which they did not; otherwise, you are making fraudulent edits. Also, you should read WP:RS for which sources are acceptable.

BTW, Comorian is being counted as a separate language here. — kwami (talk) 18:17, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for March 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Uganda, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Swahili. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 08:56, 6 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
