Hi, my article did not get published because there wasn't enough inline citations. I was hoping to find an editor who can help me rewrite the article to standard. Am still finding my footing here so am new to the wiki does and don't.

@Duthperod: Nah, I'd hold off for a bit. Trim the article down to only stuff that is directly supported by an inline citation to a reliable source per WP:V (Help:Citing sources)). @Dee Before I start, I noticed that a lot of the article has minor problems that are somewhat easy to notice. If you go to your preferences by clicking here, then check the box next to Display links to disambiguation pages in orange you'll see that a lot of your links are actually to disambiguRation pages.
While I just made a few minor corrections, I'm afraid there are some issues that still need to resolve that I am less able to commit to being able to help you with. Glen Allen Grubbs seems to have played a role in Saudi Arabia–United States relations similar to Erik Prince. If you want to check out really good articles to get a sense for how Wikipedia really structures its content, I spent some time searching for a good article to use as a model or guide, and the best I came up with was Vannevar Bush or Wesley Clark.
The important thing is to ensure the article meets Wikipedia:Verifiability and No original research. If you want help finding sources, I can certainly help with that. However, right now it isn't clear to me exactly where you are getting most of the information from. On Wikipedia, even opinions should be cited or qualified to meet WP:NPOV and WP:OPINION. @Dee: That is correct; the article once reviewed goes directly from draftspace to article space. Basically, you shouldn't feel the need to submit it until it's ready; there is no deadline. Southwest PGA

@MJL::Thanks so much for looking at the edit of Southwest PGA. I did take the first reviewer's comments and edited the copy so it didn't read "a bit like an advertisement" and changed it pretty well. I also provided examples of other golf organizations (USGA and the PGA of America. Very similar especially other PGA Sections like Illinois PGA). That doesn't even have any ref's, which I went back and added. Regarding the reliable sources, they are straight from the PGA of America, which I think everyone would site as reliable. I can look for other articles but I think the PGA would know how many Sections thay have and it's pretty well documented. Regarding the Chapters of the Southwest PGA, well the same. Can you let me know your suggestions for what you saw or were you basing it off the first reviewers comments becasse there weren't any ref's in there when they saw it. I did edit it and added. I just wanted to get this one up becasue I spent a significant amount of time on the Arizona Open page and it came out really well and that Southwest PGA adminsiters it. @Bmadrid19: You have caught me on a great day!! Basically, there are several other problems with that draft article (even assuming I looked past the reference issues). The entire lead section was copied from their press release (which is woefully not okay).^[1] Further, several claims were unsoured altogether (now tagged). I added a source for you, but there are still numerous problems that exist for the article. Please address the copyright concerns first. I got your message and see areas where you want citations. I'm not sure what you mean on some of the lines. @Pcolgin: Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Basically, all Wikipedia articles need reliable sources to accomplish one of two things: (1) verify its content is accurate and (2) establish the subject's notability. When dealing with articles which contain information about living persons, we also have to follow the biographies of living persons policy.
To give you an answer to the specific example, to make this statement:

• The Flat River Band, brothers Chad Sitze, Dennijo Sitze, and Andy Sitze; are an Americana Country Music Band that was formed in 2006. They have released 7 projects since moving to Nashville,TN in 2004.

We will need a reliable sources that say:

1. The band's members include brothers Chad, Dennijo, and Andy.
2. The band was formed in 2006;^{[citation needed]}
3. They have released seven projects;^{[citation needed]}
4. They moved to Nashville in 2004.

About my claims

In your Guide you wrote:

I'll take this time to correct the record for him, though. There is no evidence he came up with the No Original Research policy as that was already a thing. I found numerous instances of Larry Sanger discussing it as a policy as far back as 2001 (before Llywrch got here), and the most comprehensive comment was this one. I'm not sure about Wikipedians-in-residence, though.

I proposed the "No Original Research" policy here on the WikiEN mailing list. Jimmy Wales enthusiastically embraced it here, which left a deep impression on me because I had thought I had persuaded the God King himself how to set policy. But due to your research, I see now why he agreed with me. (When I joined Wikipedia in October 2002, Larry Sanger was a fading force I had heard about but never really exchanged emails with; I notice he dropped from the Wikipedia mailing list that December.) My mention of "someone else" was an allusion to Slim Virgin, whom I see also claims to have invented that policy.

As for Wikipedian-in-Residence, I proposed that on my moribund blog 13 December 2006. Wittylama, with no knowledge of that post, held the first WiR at the British Museum in June 2010. Some people think I should get credit. (Okay, Blue Raspberry thinks I should get credit for it; I don't know if anyone else does.) Since WL did all the work to hold the first WiR, I admit it would be boorish to insist I should exclusive credit for it. And I don't know just how forcefully I would protest were he to get exclusive credit for this achievement.

But my point in mentioning these two things was not to boast, but to show I have contributed to defining Wikipedia policy in ways many people may not know. I've just been content in recent years to remain in the background, quietly working on articles, occasionally interceding as an admin here or there, & not always aggressively promoting myself as I've seen others do. Perhaps the two examples I picked weren't the best to display my thinking, & I should have linked to this email from WikiEN I had half-forgotten, or to this essay which I feel deserves more attention than it gets. I come from a highly political background, so it just seemed like natural campaign fluff to me. It also never occurred to me to check the mailing lists or off-wiki blogs (going to have to keep that in mind for the future!). To be honest, I was rather impressed you were willing to go off your own memory rather than linking to things because I can barely remember what happened two days ago unless I have a record of it.

Your voter guide comment

Hi. I had a quick comment on your discussion of me in your voter guide. I can't quarrel with the view that the same person, in this case me, shouldn't be returned to the ArbCom for a fifth term. I very sincerely was not planning to run again until this past weekend, when some very respected editors who had in the past opined that I'd served long enough, suggested that there would be merit to my running after all in the circumstances of this particular year. (If you're interested, you can find the discussion on User talk:Iridescent). If I'd known how many other experienced candidates were also going to sign up on the last day of nominations, I might have stayed out of it after all. And in light of that I have indeed considered withdrawing, but it could feel churlish for me to drop out right after so many other people thanked me so enthusiastically, even overenthusiastically, for running. So we'll leave it up to the voters (in this one context we needn't write "!voters") to decide.

The one thing you wrote that I do have to disagree with is your suggestion that if I'm on the Committee, I will drown out the voices of any new members. I don't think that is what happened during my prior terms and I don't think that if I'm elected it would happen this time either. Checking the listing at WP:RFAR/C, during my most recent term as an arbitrator in 2017-2018, the Committee decided 10 full-fledged cases, and I was a co-drafter of the decision in just two of them. Although the record-keeping for other aspects of the Committee's work isn't as formal, I don't think I played a disproportionate role in any other aspects either. And I'm pretty sure that I cast more sole "oppose" votes on various items over the years than anyone else, so it's not as if the other arbitrators automatically went along with anything I said—not ever, not by a long shot—and looking over the lists of the incumbents who will remain on the Committee and the other candidates in this election, I can't imagine it happening in 2019-2020 either, if I'm returned. @Newyorkbrad: I may have phrased it the wrong way, but what I am referring to is not you personally doing anything that will silence other folks on the committee. My major concern is that your presence will lead to people flocking to your voice in almost all committee matters and creating the perception that there are two levels of committee members. We're going to have a much larger committee than in 2017/2018, so the idea that there will be backbenchers should not sound implausible, but my fear is that it will become more severe the greater the disparity of experience levels.
To give an example of what exactly I am afraid of, let's say we have you and a newbie who have commented on a controversial case. You accept it while the newbie declines it due to both of you having opposing viewpoints about the amount of dispute resolution that should occur before the committee accepts the case. While under normal circumstances, this would be treated as what it was (a difference of opinion), the fact that you both have differing levels of experience will lead most people in the community to conclude that the newbie made a mistake somehow by not agreeing with you.
You have incredibly high levels of respect among people in the community, and my concern is people will use that respect to dismiss others on the committee. You'll be viewed as a leader when it is a committee of equals, and your word will likely carry more weight than that of a committee member who is much newer.

I'm looking for the committee be stocked with people with the potential to live up to that ideal so the community has a new generation of leadership. It would be nice for others to appear who have equal skill and willingness to serve, but at the moment there is great need and ArbCom has been bouncing from one crisis to another. For the moment I prioritize having a stabilizing influence. I prefer to have new faces, but there aren't enough qualified ones. It really is less a question of who can be proactive in fixing enwiki's problems and more-so who has enough energy to sustain a never-ending trial by fire. True, but whether the subject has credibility is different from whether they are notable. I think they may very well be notable, but the article still needs to reflect that (which was what the reviewer was trying to say). I found out that her birthdate was probably off by a few years and had a WP:RS to back it up, but I couldn't verify when she died.
