You received these suggestions because we're trying a little test to see if SuggestBot is helpful for newer Wikipedia editors -- but normally it only makes suggestions for people who ask for them explicitly on the SuggestBot request page. We won't post suggestions on your talk page again unless you ask for them. SuggestBot was created by ForteTuba--please let him know if you like it, or if you don't, or you feel that it was a good or bad idea to make these suggestions to you as a newer Wikipedia user.

SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, by following links from them to other articles and by matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians to find things you might be interested in. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work, such as stub articles that need to be made longer, cleanup articles that need writing help, and so on. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping. -- SuggestBot (talk) 05:48, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is English Wikipedia

[edit]

Welcome, and thank you for contributing the page Töre Ak to Wikipedia. While you have added the page to the English version of Wikipedia, the article is not in English. We invite you to translate it into English. It currently has been listed at Pages Needing Translation, but if it is not translated within two weeks, the article will be listed for deletion. In the future you want to contribute material in Turkish, you should visit Turkish Wikipedia. Thank you. —Largo Plazo (talk) 03:26, 11 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Cenk Gönen has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. The article Töre Ak has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about footballer who hasn't played in a fully-pro league and which fails the general notability guideline.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jogurney (talk) 14:23, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Töre Ak

[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Töre Ak. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Töre Ak. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:05, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Adem Aličević has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not play for a fully professional team and no independent, reliable sources exist to otherwise prove notability.

The article Osman Uyanık has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced BLP since creation in Feb, nothing available from reliable online sources, only forums and blogs. I don't read Turkish, but the club he's apparently signed to has no mention of him on their website. I also doubt that he played for AS Roma from age 13 to 18, nor on loan to 1860 Munich at age 15, so a possible hoax.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

I have nominated Osman Uyanık, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Osman Uyanık. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
