December 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Dawnseeker2000. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Foot (unit), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dawnseeker2000 20:20, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Brendan Anthem, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. September 2016[edit]

Information icon Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Brendan Anthem. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. CAPTAIN RAJU () 21:27, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not for writing about yourself[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia, but it is not a place like Facebook or LinkedIn for people to write about themselves. It is a quite different sort of site, a project to build an encyclopedia, so it is selective about subjects for articles, and writing about oneself is strongly discouraged, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography.

The links in the Welcome message at the top of this page will tell you more about Wikipedia. CAPTAIN RAJU () 21:28, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Brendan Anthem. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. A tag has been placed on File:Brendan Anthem Actor.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.instagram.com/p/x7tW9YKhhb/?taken-by=brendananthem. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

The article Jaxon Calkins has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no reliable references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Michaelispope". The reason given for Michaelispope's block is: "Sock puppetry (Brendanator22)".

Accept reason: All right, I've undone the autoblock. Just be sure you don't create any more socks and edit constructively going forward (=don't write about yourself). Welcome to Wikipedia! Bishonen | talk 10:39, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. A tag has been placed on Jaxon Calkins requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Request reason:

The articles above have simply been made in correspondence to the The TA Network's upcoming show. I was wrongfully thought to be creating these articles about myself, and made the mistake of deleting the speedy deletions when I did not know what they were. There was no sock puppetry going on here. I requested the name change to clear up any confusion about myself. I feel as though I was being targeted by wikipedia to keep me from creating these articles, and I was not aware that I was abusing any rights. PrinceSong (talk) 00:39, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This account was found to be technically indistinguishable from User:Michaelispope and User:Dranagoon, which happen to share your interests. If no sockpuppetry was going on, you have some explaining to do. Besides, your own contributions, such as the hijacking of Michael Pope (producer), were disruptive enough in their own right. Huon (talk) 01:05, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Yes they were all my accounts, but I was not using them to break any rules. I was not aware how the speedily deletion process worked. User:Michaelispope was indeed a fake fan account that I used to erase speedy deletions on my own pages, and it was blocked rightfully so. But I did not break any more rules when creating User:Dranagoon. I was wrongfully thought to be creating the article Brendan Anthem about myself simply because I am a fan of the actor, who happens to have a large following on Instagram. I jumped at the opportunity to be the one to make his wikipedia page when I discovered that he was announced as the actor in Everlasting. Therefore, the article was wrongfully deleted in the first place, and both my name change and third account, User:Dranagoon were to simply clear up any confusion that I am not actually Brendan Anthem. I collected all the information I could about The TA Network, and the actors on the show, but I was still marked with a Speedy Deletion. This time I followed the rules after educating myself on what speedy deletions actually were. I asked those who placed the speedy deletion on my page to remove it without any luck simply because I was believed to be sock puppeting. I was only trying to correct my own mistakes. And for the hijacking of Michael Pope (producer), I was simply trying to find a proper title for the Michael Pope page who founded The TA Network, though all of the Michael Popes that are already on Wikipedia are all producers. I had no idea how to make a disambiguation page, so I wrongfully assumed I could use the name from an existing article, while finding a better replacement name for it. Each and every page I created that got deleted I believe to actually be significant, and I don't see why they can't remain on wikipedia. PrinceSong (talk) 01:21, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Your continued socking was disruptive. Talk page access revoked - use WP:UTRS. PhilKnight (talk) 00:22, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. Stuff and nonsense. Bishonen generously didn't block you when she blocked Michaelispope but warned you not to continue as you were, including creating socks. So, what did you do? You created yet another sock. At the SPI, you denied you were socking and in your first unblock request you did the same. You have zero credibility.--Bbb23 (talk) 01:28, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I just explained what happened. My pages were deleted because they thought I was making it about my self. Then when I tried to say it wasnt of me, no one believed me and deleted my articles. I may have sock puppeted unintentionally, but my articles were repeatedly deleted for no apparent reason and I was simply trying to bring them back. Writing articles isn't against Wikipedia guidelines. Having multiple accounts isn't either. I didn't break any rules, and all I want is for my pages to be restored.PrinceSong (talk) 01:41, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your sole interest seems to be to write about an "upcoming project" that has not received one shred of media coverage. See WP:NFT and the guideline on notability. Wikia might accept this content; Wikipedia would like to see some evidence that this isn't just a couple of people with an idea and a website. Huon (talk) 01:43, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
So if I find media coverage will the pages be restored?PrinceSong (talk) 01:46, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

PrinceSong, I tried to review your unblock request but committed a rather bizarre copy-and-paste error. As such, I have reverted my changes and I leave it to another admin (preferably, one who has had enough coffee) to review your request. Sorry for the issues. --Yamla (talk) 14:45, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
