After considering your appeal the Arbitration Committee have unblocked you on the following conditions:

1) You must edit Wikipedia only through the User:ProfessionalScholar account. You must not use any other account, nor edit while logged out via an IP account 2) You must not engage in edit wars or perform any reverts - that is you must not engage in any activity as described in WP:Reverting 3) If you do have concerns about the content of an article, you must raise your concerns in a reasonable place, such as the talkpage of that article, the Wikipedia:Neutral point of view/Noticeboard, the Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard, etc. If after a reasonable amount of time (at least three days) there is no response to your concerns you may contact me to seek advise on how to proceed
