WWE roster[edit]

Please refrain from putting nonsense on that page. stating which titles they used to hold is not needed on that page, and only needs to be listed on the actual title's page and the wrestler's page. Also, there is already a list of current champs on the WWE page, so listing them on the roster page is redundant. --JFred 01:59, 8 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Faith Plus One, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable. If you can indicate why Faith Plus One is really notable, you can contest the tagging. To do this, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and leave a note on Talk:Faith Plus One, explaining how Faith Plus One is notable. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

Please read the criteria for speedy deletion (specifically, articles #7) and our general biography criteria. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.Diez2 00:49, 24 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Copyrighted text from other websites[edit]

As noted in the message from April above, it is essential that you only contribute your own words to Wikipedia. It appears that this is the second time that you have added this content to the article Riverview School. Please do not add other people's writing from web sites or printed sources to Wikipedia. Thanks ×Meegs 12:32, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Michael Cole, is not consistent with our policy on attribution and verifiability. Death sections[edit]

Hello. Please avoid adding 'Death' sections to film articles, as you did to Mr. Brook. Such sections are unencyclopedic. Thanks. The JPStalk to me 11:54, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits to Chris Benoit[edit]

Repackaged[edit]

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Repackaged, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. --Darkwind (talk) 16:38, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Carlito and Santino Marella, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. An editor has nominated Talk shows in pro Wrestling, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Talk shows in pro Wrestling and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:44, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of The Guerrero Family[edit]

A tag has been placed on The Guerrero Family requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Speedy deletion of The Grocery Store[edit]

A tag has been placed on The Grocery Store requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. A tag has been placed on Team Orton, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

Please see WP:JARGON as to why adding words like face, heel, or gimmick numerous times in an article aren't productive edits. Thanks. Nikki311 00:02, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello[edit]

I reverted your edits to Vince McMahon because even though face is a wrestling term, it doesn't mean that is what is meant by the word. Babyface has to refer to a person with a clean cut, innocent attitude who acts like he is always doing the right thing. Back in the era you put that in, that was his character description. If you feel this is a mistake then please contact me and we can have a civil conversation. Thanks and Happy Editing.

Riverview School[edit]

A tag has been placed on Riverview School, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of Riverview School and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. — Athaenara 04:32, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
