Repeatedly submitting the article for creation without addressing the issues that got the last ones turned down is not going to work. Please read and understand the reasons given for declining your submissions and update the article to correct them before asking again. Recreation of Delowar Hossain Dil

Do not continue to recreate Delowar Hossain Dil as it was deleted by community consensus and the article, as written, is not suitable for inclusion. Not only are you restoring it via simply pasting the old version of the article back into article space, you are restoring all of the typos, promotion and inappropriate content. Given that you previously stated "I know him personally", you should not be creating or even editing the article directly at all.
