Hullo Rehanvaid[edit]

Please don't feel discouraged that I removed one of your edits and heavily copy-edited the other. As to the Aamir Khan article, it didn't seem to me that Imran Khan was all that notable as an actor, and that it didn't add anything to include his name in the list of Khans. As for the Anil Kapoor article -- if you're going to add items, please try to add them as complete sentences.

I hope that you'll decide to stay here and help us with the Indian cinema articles. The currently popular films and actors are fairly well covered, but there is so much work to do on the older films and older stars. If you grew up watching old movies on TV and know every film of Rajesh Khanna's or Dilip Kumar's by heart -- we need you! Wherever you see a red link in an article, that means that someone thought it would be a good idea to have an article about that, but there isn't one yet. You could be a red-link-stamper-outer! Sussane Roshan[edit]

Hi Rehanvaid,

You recently moved Susanne Roshan to Suzanne Roshan. Your move has been reverted. Its been previously discussed on the talk page of Hrithik Roshan, her name is actually Sussane although its a common mistake to put it with the 'z'.

Best regards,xC | 16:54, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tanisha[edit]

Hi Rehanvaid,

Your recent move of 'Tanisha Mukherjee' to 'Tanisha' has been reverted. There is no reasonable logic why she should be known only as 'Tanisha', and so her page will reflect the same. In the interest of the formal tone of an encyclopedia, it would also make sense to not refer to her only by her first name.

Best regards,xC | 16:59, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Rehan (plant)[edit]

An editor has nominated Rehan (plant), an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rehan (plant) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Rehan[edit]

Please respect the outcome of the AfD and don't move the page to a version and title of your liking only. If you disagree with the AfD, take it to either WP:DRV (for a deletion review) or WP:RM to ask to move the page to a different title. It was clear that most editors thought that the old version was rather messy and needed a serious cleanup, and a different title. To ignore this discussion to push your own version is a form of ownership of the article, which is against the Wikipedia spirit. Fram 07:33, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Rehan[edit]

An article that you have been involved in editing, Rehan, has been listed for deletion. If you are interested in the deletion discussion, please participate by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rehan. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:59, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Rehanvaid! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. Please note that all biographies of living persons must be sourced. If you were to add reliable, secondary sources to these articles, it would greatly help us with the current 936 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Zoya Akhtar - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Veeru Devgan - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

February 2012[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Don 2, without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- ♪Karthik♫ ♪Nadar♫ 05:53, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Question for administrator[edit]

Hello Administrator The title for Don 2 should be Don 2: The Chase Continues. I have tried to put this title up, but it's not allowing me to do so. Could you please change the title from Don 2 to Don 2: The chase Continues, because this was the original title and was deleted by some one. Thanks Sincerely Rehan Vaid

September 2023[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Salman Khan. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Do not modify sourced content. If you have issues, start a discussion in the talk page per WP:BRD and wait for WP:CONSENSUS. Do not keep edit war. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 15:28, 23 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
