Information icon Hello, I'm Dl2000. An edit that you recently made to Chhal — Sheh Aur Maat seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Dl2000 (talk) 03:20, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did to Tumhari Paakhi, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 14:35, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Also, an end date is not added to a television infobox until the ending of the series. That is, when no further seasons or episodes will be produced or have been aired for at least a year. The documentation in {{Infobox television}} has guidelines for this. We do not update the original airing dates on that box with the latest broadcast date. If the series has indeed been cancelled, please provide a citation such as a news item to demonstrate the last original air date. Dl2000 (talk) 14:48, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Missdolly7, I just wanted to say that you recently edited Ek Hasina Thi (TV series), and you added some information that doesn't apply to the series yet. You added the last aired date when the show is still being aired. If you need to say anything about this, then you can leave a message on my talk page User talk:Missdolly7. A source did mention that the show will end but it may be better to write that once the show actually ends. Thanks Missdolly7 xx — Preceding unsigned comment added by Missdolly7 (talkcontribs) 16:23, 2 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request

[edit]

Dear user, this is my request to you to please help me expand the article Gitobitan. Since you improved the cast sections of many articles like Bojhena Se Bojhena, please provide a plot for Thik Jeno Love Story.

[edit]

Hi, I noticed this recent edit of yours at Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke appears to add copy/pasted content found in a number of places on the internet, for example here and here. You cannot copy and paste content from other sources without proper attribution, as it constitutes a violation of the originator's copyright, and opens Wikipedia up to liability. Additionally, the content you are adding is promotional in tone. We don't add flowery content like "the teenage years mark the real beginning of a person's blossoming youth", "the show is full of hope", and we don't describe the content as "endearing", because we are not trying to sell the show, we are supposed to be describing the plot in a neutral, encyclopedic tone. I notice also that you have copy/pasted promotional content here and here too. I will remove that content as well. Please keep in mind that editors can have their editing privileges revoked for adding promotional content and violating copyrights, which I'm sure you want to avoid. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:38, 8 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Gustakh Dil, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rakesh Kumar. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Control copyright icon Hello Rijuriju, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Bibi Chowdhurani has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. However, there are steps that must be taken to verify that license before you do. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are public domain or compatibly licensed), it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at the help desk before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you can, but please follow the steps in Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Escape Orbit (Talk) 12:55, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Because you have completely ignored this message and a warning three months ago to similar effect [1][2]:
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted.

Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  MER-C 12:11, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
