Welcome!

Hello, Sa6h9hheje, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as File talk:Cy-Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (Welsh pronunciation, recorded 17-05-2012).ogg, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Paper, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Pronunciation guides are not required for common words like "paper". Speedy deletion nomination of Memory units

[edit]

Hello Sa6h9hheje,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username CollectiveSolidarity, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, Memory units, for deletion, because there's already a page about that topic at Computer memory. Please don't be discouraged; we appreciate your effort in creating new articles. To avoid this in the future, consider using the search function to find pages that already cover what you want to write about.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|CollectiveSolidarity}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

@Sa6h9hheje You do know that most of the information in memory units can also be found in kilobyte, megabyte, etc. right? An article on the subject may not be necessary. CollectiveSolidarity (talk) 09:33, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Memory units moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Memory units, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.

Moved to draft to be worked on by the editors, not ready for mainspace. Please also take a look at Byte to ensure that you are not creating similar content. ✠ SunDawn ✠ (contact) 10:13, 2 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summary

[edit]

Hello Sa6h9hheje, I noticed your unusual edit summaries [1]. Please read Help:Edit summary and Wikipedia:Edit summary legend and consider providing meaningful edit summaries which offer a brief explanation of your edit. --Johannnes89 (talk) 11:30, 30 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Sa6h9hheje! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Planck units several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Planck units, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. JBL (talk) 17:34, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Concern regarding Draft:Memory units

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Sa6h9hheje. This is a bot-delivered message letting you know that Draft:Memory units, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Drafts that have not been edited for six months may be deleted, so if you wish to retain the page, please edit it again or request that it be moved to your userspace.

If the page has already been deleted, you can request it be undeleted so you can continue working on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. FireflyBot (talk) 11:01, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Memory units

[edit]

Hello, Sa6h9hheje. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Memory units".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 16:30, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Awadhi language, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kanpur district. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:17, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. At least one of your edits on the page Sundanese people, while it may have been in good faith, was difficult to distinguish from vandalism. To help other editors understand the reason for the changes, you can use an edit summary for your contributions. You can also take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Austronesier (talk) 09:58, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon You should be aware that 0.6 million ≠ 60,000. Changing the former to the latter is a gross manipulation of the population numbers. I assume this is an unintentional error on your part. But don't restore these wrong figures again, otherwise you will be deliberately introducing factual errors, which is considered vandalism in Wikipedia. –Austronesier (talk) 20:09, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent further vandalism, as you did at Nazi_Germany.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 20:57, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
