Scalhotrod - I think there is a typo on your user page: the plural of encyclopedia is encyclopedias. GroveGuy (talk) 23:00, 30 January 2014 (UTC)

Trishelle Cannatella
Hi. You reverted my edits to the Trishelle Cannatella article, stating in your edit summary "References found." If references have been found, then you should add them to the article. It does not appear that you added any new references to the article, as you merely reverted the article to a previous version, which stated that Cannatella is a "professional" poker player. The New York Times cite given at the end of the passage that makes this claim does not mention that as a profession of hers.
In addition, in reverting the article:
- You removed the publication info from the New York Times cite. Why did you do this?
- You removed the publication info I added to the Bad Girls of Reality TV cite, including the name of the network, and re-added the word "Broadcast", which is not the convention when citing TV programs.
- You reverted my improvement to the passage on her conflict with Aneesa Ferreira. Why do you do this? The word argument is far more accurate, and in keeping with WP:TONE than the phrase "verbal scuffle", as is intolerant than "fed up".
- You restored the last paragraph mentioning her appearance on The Challenge. I removed this because it was redundant, as her appearances on The Challenge are already mentioned further up in the section.
I have reverted your edits because they appear to be non-constructive. If you're going to revert a series of edits, please read them carefully first, and provide a rationale for reverting all of them. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 16:02, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- I see now that you made an addition edit while I was reverting the article, in which you added a citation of IMDB. Webites with user-generated content, such as imdb, are not reliable under WP:USERG. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 16:04, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- With all of the threaded changes and edits, I suppose we are both at fault for mucking up the article. As for IMDb, your general statement regarding the entire site is incorrect. IMDb has paid staff that manages its main database of actor information regarding their work and credits, its far from "user generated". Yes, there are sections that are contributed heavily to by users such as the Forums and trivia section, but this in no way discredits the main database which is a mainstay of the Entertainment industry. With the thousands of articles that depend on this resource, your claim is baseless. Thanks, --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 20:27, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- IMDB isn't considered a reliable source. If you don't believe us, why not raise a thread at WP:RSN? Spartaz Humbug! 20:52, 10 February 2014 (UTC)

This has already been discussed and resolved. IMDb is acknowledged as a WP:RS for basic information regarding an actors work history. Please do not hack up an article because of your ignorance of a source. Thanks, --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 20:56, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- That's not what my reading through the archives suggests [1] [2]. can you cite the consensus you are relying on please? Spartaz Humbug! 21:02, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
Then I suggest that you take more than a a minute or so and continue reading. --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 21:09, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- Don't be obtuse. Please link the discussion. Spartaz Humbug! 21:13, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
And your expectation of me complying with your demand because of your opinion and/or lack of knowledge is just as "obtuse", as you put it... --Scalhotrod - Just your average banjo playing, drag racing, cowboy... (talk) 21:16, 10 February 2014 (UTC)
- I can't see the consensus, you told me to read on. I still can't see the consensus. Obviously I'm blind but otherwise it seems obtuse to be unhelpful about what you are referring to. I linked you an actual discussions so lets just assume that IMDB isn't a RS. Spartaz Humbug! 05:44, 11 February 2014 (UTC)
