John Peter Savarinayagam moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, John Peter Savarinayagam, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Cause of Capuchin Br. Armond
[edit]Hello, vanakkam et bonjour Rev. Fr. Thainis :) Thank you for your edits to the page List of saints of India.
I read in this article that there is a cause for canonisation in progress for 6 Capuchins, including Br. Armond of Pavanatma province, Kerala. I have added an entry for Armond at the bottom of the list of candidates for sainthood of India, but I could not find any more details about him. If it is possible for you to add info about him, that would be great. Is this page referring to the same Br. Armond whose cause is in progress?

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:John Peter Savarinayagam

A tag has been placed on Draft:John Peter Savarinayagam, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of John Peter Savarinayagam
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on John Peter Savarinayagam requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://brmichaelindia.blogspot.com/2018/04. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Disambiguation link notification for July 2
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of Servants of God, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Capuchin (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:John Peter jpg 194 × 250.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:John Peter jpg 194 × 250.jpeg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}}
(to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 06:45, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:John Peter jpg 194 × 250.jpeg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:John Peter jpg 194 × 250.jpeg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 04:35, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
March 2021
[edit]Hello, Thainis. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. JBW (talk) 21:46, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to John Peter Savarinayagam. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. The article was so blatantly promotional in character that it might well have been speedily deleted, but to give an opportunity for it to be rewritten in an acceptable form I have instead moved it to Draft:John Peter Savarinayagam (2). If and when the draft has been improved to a state where it may be suitable as an article, you may like to submit it for review under the article for creation system, but please don't move it back to main space yourself, because of the conflict of interest matter, and also because you have previously posted it as an article in a promotional form, so that it is essential to have it assessed by an independent outsider, to avoid the same mistake being made again. JBW (talk) 21:46, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
