Vitali Viktorovich Egorov (Russian: Виталий Викторович Егоров, born 23 March 1964) is a former Soviet figure skater. He is the 1986 Skate Canada International champion, 1986 Nebelhorn Trophy champion, 1979 World Junior champion,[1] and 1984 Soviet national champion. In April 1981, at the USSR Cup competition in Sverdlovsk, Egorov landed a triple axel jump – one of the firsts skaters in the world – and won the bronze medal. In March 1982, he won the 5th USSR Winter Spartakiada. Egorov won the silver medal twice (1983, 1987) at the Winter Universiade silver medalist. He is a coach in Kharkiv.
