No license Uploader loaded companion picture Ron.jpg at the same time and gave it a PD-self license, but not this one. His only edits on record are to upload the two pictures and add them to Ron Stonitsch. Delete - first off copyright tag and source info conflicts, first says its a capture in the source, then copyright says its a promo image and further into the rationale it says promo image. This is not a screen capture, its obviously a publicity photo from some other source that is not listed, as I myself have seen this publicity image around online. The image's proportion is not that of a movie's screen. 2. The character is facing the camera 3.
