Boli County (simplified Chinese: 勃利县; traditional Chinese: 勃利縣; pinyin: Bólì Xiàn) is a county of southeastern Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Qitaihe.

The population of the district was 371,933 in 1999.[1]
