El Sueño de Morfeo is a Spanish Celtic/pop/rock band. Formed in 2004, their first single Nunca Volverá was instant sales hit in Spain, with their second, Ojos De Cielo, cementing their place in the lists. The group received a significant push in their career when they appeared on the Spanish series Los Serrano. Their first and current, eponymous record came out in 2005.
The third studio album, second as El Sueño de Morfeo, "Nos vemos en el camino", was recorded during 2006, and released in April 2007. Two years later, in June 2009, they released their third album, "Cosas que nos hacen sentir bien". They will be releasing their 4th album, entitled "Buscamos Sonrisas" in early 2012, with the first single "Depende De Ti" released in mid November 2011.
The band's name translates into English as "The Dream of Morpheus".
