Ghatkeser is a census town in Rangareddi district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.

As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Ghatkeser had a population of 17,200. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Ghatkeser has an average literacy rate of 68%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 61%. In Ghatkeser, 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.
