Mayoral Elections |

This is a list of mayors of Detroit, Michigan. See History of Detroit, Michigan, for more information about the history of the incorporation of the city.
Since 1915 all Detroit mayoral elections have been held on a non-partisan basis. After that date party affiliations did not appear on city election ballots, and so the party affiliations shown below are not official and are either those given publicly by the Mayors themselves or have been assumed from their political views and associations.
The official residence of the Mayor of Detroit is Manoogian Mansion, located on Dwight Street in the Berry Subdivision Historic District, on the city's east side.
