A tag has been placed on MiC SlaYer requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Speedy deletion nomination of Mic slayer[edit]

Hello Mikhaildcruz666,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Mic slayer for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Surfer43 (talk) 15:02, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not for writing about yourself[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, but it is not a place like Myspace or Facebook for people to write about themselves. It is a quite different sort of site, a project to build an encyclopedia, so it is selective about subjects for articles (see also WP:MUSICBIO), and writing about oneself is strongly discouraged, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. The links in the Welcome message at the top of this page will tell you more about Wikipedia. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 16:30, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Mic slayer has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

Regarding Mic slayer[edit]

Hi, looking through your talk page, your created page, Mic slayer, was deleted under speedy deletion criteria db-a7 in the past, as it indicates no importance and significance of the singer. And do not delete maintenance tags without giving a reason, unless you have resolve the issues. The biographical article you wrote has no references. Please add reliable sources to what you have written. Only the song lyrics have the references. If the page gets deleted by an admin later, then it's not my fault already. I have helped to modify a lot. Besides, it was deleted before. Jianhui67 Talk 13:07, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
