Stacks

I was about to delete your subpage on Ms Herrera aka Stacks as an "attack page" (which it very much looked like), then thought perhaps I should check Google to see if just possibly you weren't making it up. To my surprise, you're not.

That said, however, you really can't say that sort of thing about someone on Wikipedia, even if it's just a proto-article in your userspace, without providing sources for those statements. If it wasn't for the fact that you were active as recently as yesterday, I'd have taken the page down anyway.

So, here's the deal. Today is Monday. You have until Friday to supply reliable sources for the statements which are negative in tone, or to remove those statements from the page. I've deleted the page as a negative unsourced BLP (per G10). Rather than wait for references, it would be best for you to find references and recreate the article. If you find reliable sources, I'll be happy to recreate the article. Your deleted sandbox

You asked at REFUND about your deleted sandbox. I agree with Alison that it was not a G10 page attacking a specific person, but as it started "fuck you nigger. person x reserves the right or ability to rape and or oppress and or subjugate... " it would certainly come under WP:UPNOT:

"you may not include in your user space material that is likely to bring the project into disrepute, or which is likely to give widespread offense... Extremely offensive material may be removed on sight by any editor."

I suggest you have a look at WP:User pages - users have a lot of freedom in their user pages, but there are limits, they still belong to Wikipedia, not to you, they are visible to everyone, and they are primarily there to be used to help build the encyclopedia. respectfully, person x has never been defined in any discourse, nor a relevant page ever created at that location. so, provocative as it may be, it is difficult to say who in that silly statement is reserving a right or ability to behave like an African village strongman.

someone might want to refine/ clarify Wikipedia:User pages#Deleting_others' user pages a bit. while db-attack is listed as an exception, the status quo seems to favor the discretion on deleters, not the possible creative expression, albeit provocative, of an idea by the userspace "owner".

I would add that your subsequent creation of pages such as User:Skakkle/sandbox/turkey bacon, User:Skakkle/y u do dis, User:Skarolex/sandbox and User:Skakkle/sandbox/fat are verging on disruption for the sake of making a point. Userpages are not yours to do with as you will; per the userpage policy, these pages are "for organizing and aiding the work users do on Wikipedia, and facilitating interaction and sharing between users". Wikipedia is not a webhost; if you want to engage others in arguments about freedom of speech or rant about censorship you are welcome to do so on your own website or blog. On the other hand, if you want to constructively engage other Wikipedia editors on the merits or otherwise of the current speedy deletion policy, the place to do so is at WT:CSD, not by creating inappropriate pages.
