Bhiwadi is a census town in Tijara tehsil[1] of Alwar district of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Bhiwadi comes under Delhi NCR region and it is an industrial hub. It lies on Rajasthan-Haryana border and is adjacent to Dharuhera town and Rewari city of Haryana. Dharuhera and Bhiwadi together form one urban sprawl. It is 70 km from New Delhi.[2] Distance from Gurgaon to Bhiwadi is 49 km (30.00 miles).[3] Maman Singh Yadav is the MLA from Tijara.[4]

It is reached by National Highway NH8 (Delhi-Jaipur highway) via Dharuhera that is 5 km away. It can also be reached by Gurgaon-Sohna-Taoru-Dharuhera road. Nearest railway station is in Rewari approximately 26 km.
