Reason: High level of IP vandalism. This page is highly vandalised by pro-DMK (a Tamil extremist political party in Tamil Nadu), Tamil extremist and anti-Hindu forces claiming an obvious Hindu religious festival to be "secular", even after giving proper citations and sources. Gopher (protocol)

Reason: On July 19, I noteced a slow edit war between Zcrayfish and an IP user who changes IPs frequently. I invited IP and Zcrayfish to discuss the dispute at Talk:Gopher (protocol)#Gopher G6, but IP does not engage in discussion in any meaningful way (please see the link). The IP user has created a few accounts, Hhgg7gg6, Edia4545m and Sd777797, but for some reason elects not to use them and abanded each account the day after its creation. Please note: Edia4545m account should be sufficiently old and have sufficient number of edits for its owner to edit a semi-protected page. I'm not trying to prevent other party from editing, I'm just trying to force the IP user to use either account so that I can actually address something and not IP void.
