The 2010 FIFA Club World Cup is a football tournament planned for December 2010. It will be the 7th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup and will be hosted by the United Arab Emirates.[1] Other countries that placed bids were Australia and Japan. Portugal had initially placed a bid, but later withdrew from the process.[2]

Participating teams will include:

*If the AFC Champions League 2010 winner is from the UAE, then the highest placed non-UAE team of the AFC Champions League will be invited in place of the UAE League winner.
