Previously deleted at AfD
This was previously deleted at AfD (see template at top of page), and later re-deleted per A7 and G4 a few times. I feel the current version is sufficiently different from the version deleted at AfD not to be eligible for G4 speedy deletion; if you believe the article should be deleted, feel free to start a new AfD. :) ·Salvidrim!· ✉ 23:04, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- I've addressed most of the issues discussed in the AfD in the version it is now. If there are still any issues, I'll see what I can do. On another note, he was 66th most subscribed during the AfD and now he is 6th; he has since garnered greater media coverage because of this jump. cheers ⊾maine12329⊿ talks@wiki 04:03, 2 June 2013 (UTC)

his residence is Montecchio Maggiore (VI), San Paolo and only the town square. Borgoboss (talk) 15:35, 18 June 2013 (UTC)
- Not done for now: I cannot find any reliable sources stating so, only forum posts. Besides, his place of residence seems to be constantly shifting as well. Current place of residence is redundant. ⊾maine12329⊿ talks✿wiki 01:31, 19 June 2013 (UTC)

I just want to say that Pewdiepie started his channel on December 19, 2006 and this page says he started 2010. Just saying 79.97.86.139 (talk) 13:05, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
- His channel was created on April 29, 2010.Soulbust (talk) 15:36, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
Edit Request: July 28, 2013
It states that PewDiePie received 11 million subscribers as of July 11th, which is inaccurate. He just received 11 million subscribers yesterday, July 27th.
- Done It's now 11 million subscribers as of July 28th. Soulbust (talk) 08:22, 28 July 2013 (UTC)
What he is making
As the soon to be most subscribed to youtuber it would be interesting to find out what he is making. As he is Swedish this information is public. The company he's got registered in Sweden for receiving money from his channel, called pewdie productions AB, had 7208000 Swedish kronor (1090750 dollars) in revenue in 2012. As he has twice the number of views so far this year he could quadruple that in 2013. The company details are public and available here: http://mobil.allabolag.se/viewcompany.php?orgnbr=5568951304 his view numbers over time can be seen here: http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/PewDiePie — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.181.135.189 (talk) 22:18, 1 August 2013 (UTC)
List of the games he played
It would maybe be great to add a list of the games he played (as the one you can find on his french wiki page : http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/PewDiePie#Liste_des_jeux_jou.C3.A9s — Preceding unsigned comment added by LouisHF (talk • contribs) 11:03, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
Most subscribed channel
Since August 16, Kjellberg's channel is the most subscribed channel on youtube. - It's since 15 August & its already mentioned in the article.Soulbust (talk) 23:51, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
The page currently states that the Youtube Spotlight has more subscribers than PewDiePie. However when I go to the Youtube Spolight page (http://www.youtube.com/user/YouTubeUK) it only has 2 022 700 subscribers. Is this because of the fact that it is the UK version (I can't seem to access any other version)? If not then I believe that PewDiePie is the most subcribed channel by far. Flickering Wraith (talk) 11:39, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
- The article does not say Spotlight has more subscribers than PewDiePie, it says in November Spotlight surpassed PewDiePie's subscriber count, and nothing after that event. 117Avenue (talk) 23:58, 14 December 2013 (UTC)
- Ah okay, the phrasing made me believe that PewDiePie hadn't gained more subscribers than them since then. My mistake, sorry. Flickering Wraith (talk) 10:28, 15 December 2013 (UTC)

UPDATE: Pewdiepie reached 14 Million Subscribers in October 2013. Currently stated as 13 Million Subscribers in September 2013. Thegameizhere (talk) 15:47, 4 October 2013 (UTC)

Italian
Under "Language" it states that he speaks English, Swedish, and Italian, but to my understanding, he does not speak Italian. In this video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuFOFjPCmuA ) at 9:45, he also says he does not speak Italian. I'm not sure if the page is claiming he's fluent or if he's just presented something in Italian since it's under "Presentation," but just to be safe, I wanted to make clear that he does not speak Italian. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.179.27.188 (talk) 01:37, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
- You're right, all the Expressen source says is he lived in Italy for a summer. Italian was added 20 April 2013, before the page was moved to the main space. 117Avenue (talk) 03:04, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

Separation problem...what's the topic?
This is supposed to be a BLP article. However, the majority of it is not about the person, but rather the channel. There's one paragraph about him, and what is called his "career" is nothing but a history of his channel, which is not the same thing as biographical detail. So it begs the question: what's the real notable thing here? The person, or the show named after him? MSJapan (talk) 05:45, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
- They both have the same name, so why does it matter? 117Avenue (talk) 06:50, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
YouTube Partnership Program
The guidelines are here and nowhere does it state that one becomes an employee of Google. That is exactly like saying every person who uses AdSense is employed by Google, which is incorrect. Please do not revert the removal of Google and/or YouTube as employers. MSJapan (talk) 22:13, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
As with everything on Wikipedia, when unsourced material is challenged (and removed) it is the responsibility of the editor wishing to add it to demonstrate it is correct and cite it. If Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg is employed by Google then please provide a cite that shows this. Entering into a contract with a company does not make someone an employee of the company unless it is an employment contract. There is a reason why they call it "a partnership" and not "a job". --Escape Orbit (Talk) 15:35, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
Network
Is he still under Maker studios or is he under Polaris? McMortimer (talk) 13:04, 9 November 2013 (UTC)
- He's under Polaris now I believe. At least if you go by the trailer video on the Polaris channel. Lamaredia (talk) 19:44, 16 November 2013 (GMT+1) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.209.0.44 (talk)

Link to "Official Website"
This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request. |
I noticed the link to the "Official Website" is currently pointing to http://pewdiepie.se/, which does not appear to be affiliated with Felix at all. The more accurate link would probably be http://pewdiepie.net. A post on that site on November 6, 2013, reads as follows:
- Hey!
- So, just to clarify the intentions and some additional info:
- I'm launching a new site under pewdiepie.net
- It's not owned by Maker Studios, they are only building the site for me.
- I'm hoping to use it as a way to build a community much like this site, but something I could actually take part in.
- (Im not a big fan of forums and its part of the reason why you haven't seen much of me here).
- Since the forums atm seem to be somewhat of sub community, I didn't want to just throw it away or force it to be something else.
- I'd be happy to lend it over to mKerix, but it's up to you guys to decide.
- -Pewds
That post appears to have been submitted by the Community Manager of the site, Heiko 'mKeRix' Rothe.
Cheers!

- I've been bothered by it too, since adding it. https://www.facebook.com/PewDiePie/info links to http://pewdiepie.se, but https://www.youtube.com/user/PewDiePie/about links to http://pewdiepie.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=5621, it seems there is no official website. 117Avenue (talk) 23:55, 30 November 2013 (UTC)

I would like for it to be added that PewDiePie once again passed Youtube a few days ago. Proof: http://socialblade.com/youtube/top/50/mostsubscribed 217.211.23.205 (talk) 16:38, 29 December 2013 (UTC)

Is "Generation C" really the same as "Generation Z"?
In "... a group Google refers to as Generation C for their habits", the link Generation C redirects to Generation Z. Z does not fit with the text that follows, "creation, curation, connection and community". Is that correct?
It would seem Generation C is a much more narrow group than Generation Z.
--Mortense (talk) 14:38, 12 January 2014 (UTC)
- Probably a discussion for Talk:Generation Z, not here. 117Avenue (talk) 05:27, 15 January 2014 (UTC)
